Cut Engine Remotely
This 4G gps tracker include relay, when you found your car was stolen, you can control your car remotely on your phone, cut the engine by sending SMS command, the vehicle will stop move until it received your SMS command “9400000”, prevent theft of your car on the parking lot.(The car will stop within 10-20sec when it get sms command)
Attention：Only the car running below to 20KM/h,your car can stop when it get text command within a few sec. If the car running more than 20km/h,then your engine can’t cut off.
HOW TO QUICKLY SETTING UP THE TRACKER?
STEP 1. – Activate Sim
Buy a local SIM card with 4G(LTE) network function and active and remove SIM card’s PIN code. Make sure it can make a call, send a text and has an internet connection. Once this is confirmed, insert SIM to your tracker.
STEP 2. – Turn on the tracker(Charge it about 1 hour first.)
Please in a good reception area (by a window or outside) to test it.
STEP 3. – Setting APN for the tracker
(1) Get your tracker SIM card’s APN from SIM provider);
(2) Please note the following operations need From another phone number send text messages command to the tracker’s sim card’s phone number to set tracker’s APN.
For example: APN is: everywhere; APN username is: eesecure; APN password is: secure
(1) If your SIM card’s APN without username and password, then send text command(8030000+space+APN) to the tracker, it will reply “SET OK”.
Text command is: 8030000 everywhere
(2) If your APN with username and password:
Then sned text Command(8030000+Space+ APN+space+ APN user+Space+ APN pass) to the tracker : 8030000 everywhere eesecure secure
Please note: Different SIM card has difference APN. Please apply the above formula according to your actual APN to set up your machine
STEP 4. – Login to check (SinoTrackPRO APP/Web)
Choose the server:vipsinotrack Username: is your tracker’s ID number that write on the product Password: 123456
Troubleshooting:
1.If the device does not work normally, please check the following conditions
A. Check that the SIM card is activated according to the instructions
B. Check whether there is a SIM card inserted
C. Check the SIM card insertion direction
D. The device is out of battery, it is recommended to charge the device for one hour before using it.
E.Yellow light keeps flashing when the network cannot be found, move the tracker to another location.
F. Send message command from your phone to the tracker SIM,get the reply to check if APN,IP and Port set correct
2.Sending SMS command to the device without replying
A. Please note that you are using your phone to send commands to the device’s SIM card, please do not send them directly within the app
B. Check if your device’s SIM card PIN code has been removed
C. Check if the device’s SIM card has the function of sending text messages
3.Prompt for username and password errors when logging in
A. When logging in, please select the server: vipsinotrack
B. Initial login password: 123456
C. The username is the ID number on the device
D. If you still cannot log in, please seek assistance
4.How to Add multiple gps to a single account
Please seek assistance and send the username you want and all devices ID numbers to us.We will help you make an account.
5.The device has been offline for a long time
Send a message command RCONF from the phone to the tracker SIM and check if the APN is set incorrectly in the reply.
6.The device is sometimes online and sometimes offline
A. Replace the SIM card with a better signal
B. Drive to a good signal location to obtain the signal
C. You can also send a SMS command of 6690000 to the device to obtain SMS location when the device is disconnected
7.Why device is not online
Please check device setting, send: RCONF to device.It will reply the setting you can check in reply:
1. The APN if is correct;
2. The IP and Port if is correct(IP and port are write in the usermanual,you can check if same as reply)
