1. Why the lens seem a little bit yellow or blue?
The lens of blue light blocking glasses are all coated, which can ensure our good blue ray or other harmful rays blocking performance.
2. Why the glasses oftenly get dirty or the lens are still blurry just after cleaning?
First of all, if you are in a clean room without too much dust, and you are not used to move your glasses up on your hair, but your lens still get dirty easily, please kindly check if your cleaning cloth is clean or not. If so, please spray any detergent from your kitchen and clean your glasses carefully, which will be much better and then you don’t need to clean your glasses all the time.
Second, our lens are totally extremely transparent, so when a little bit dust on the them you will feel obviously.
Last, please keep a good habit of wearing glasses, such as you could hang the glasses over your chest instead of putting them on the hair(each pair of glasses is equipped with one glasses strap); wash the cleaning cloth when it gets dirty; don’t touch the lens oftenly, etc.
3. Why feel the bow is too long/the bridge is too narrow or too wide…
The design and size of Kenzhou’s glasses are suitable for most of European and American, but inevitably they cannot suit for everyone, this is what we need to improve and find a good way to slove. If you feel it is uncomforable when you try to wear it, just feel free to return it to us, we are very willing to help to solve problems you met when using our products.
