Our story
How we got our start Blue Planet started as a business college project at the University of Hawaii Manoa in 1993. The idea was to make unique, quality surf gear for surfers by surfers and that has not changed over the years. What makes our product unique We start the design process from the ground up with the goal to provide excellent value and functionality. We test lots of gear for inspiration and try to improve on what is available and implement continuous improvements with every iteration. Why we love what we do We love watersports and basically get to design products we want to use. What’s not to like?
