Lift the front of the climber.
Place the body cords in specially designed groove making surethat the body cord fit in the two hold down detents.
Set the climber carefully down so that the body cord doesn’t come out of groove.
Make sure your foot is not near the edge of the pedal.If your foot moves near the edge of a pedal during the esercise, stop ans reposition your foot.
